Hey All,

I've been following the herdstone for quite some time now but since I am going to start a Beast army I figured I would ask for your guys' advice. Plus now i can join in on the discussions!

I know this is not really the place to ask for help....but its the only place I am allowed to make a topic smile.gif

I know for sure that I want a very Minotaur heavy list, but I haven't decided which mark(s) I want to give them. I am looking for suggestions/pictures for some easy ways to convert minos and mino lords to look Khornish, Nurglish, Slaanish and Tzeentchish.... I am by no means a master sculptor or much of a sculptor at all lol.

I am out more to have fun with this army than to be ultra competitive. So the mark that i go with is probably gonna be the one i can make look the best smile.gif

Does anyone have any pictures of their converted minos they can post to give me some inspiration?

Welcome to the Herdstone!

As you're probably aware we will get a new armybook Februaryish, and that means new (hopefully plastic) minos. So I'd wait a bit with starting the army, especially since we don't know what changes there may be in marks and equipment.

BTW, after this thread you're now allowed to start threads in the other parts of the forum.

Indded as Mrtn said. If you want help combining the spawn and ogre bull set can make very cool models, it's how I make minos. Remenber the PMF is to put a head in the hole of the ogree body where the gut plate usually goes.

Yea I was aware....but February is so far away...lol
Are there any models that are for sure not changing? Or is everything pretty much up in the air right now?

Pat Man: Do you have any pictures you can post up?

I'm sorry I don't even have a camera much less the ability to use one. I'm pretty sure both hounds and the beastherds are going to stay the same

Yeah, I have a real hard time seeing herds or hounds changing. The beastlord with GW model looks great, and I doubt that will change as well. If you paint one box of each you should be in a good position in February.

MUWAHHAHHAH! One step ahead of you, mrtn! And Welcome to the Stone Garthor! I'm sure a minotaur heavy list will make a unique sight to see on the battlefield. And lets face it, you went to chaos because we're so unique. And "speshul". If you paint it up soon, post it!

It's just that those are pretty much the only models I have at the moment...
