looks awsome but the head seems to untainted and symetric to go with the twisted body, maby mutilate a side, or clip a horn/two different horns...
or give the head and body a better connection by longing the row of hairs/spikes on his back to his forehead or neck. other then that the paintjob is awsome and the hooves are extremely nicely fit, looks like it'll be a hell of a job for an entire unit |

That ungor is amazing.
If you're making more, could you take a couple WiP shots of the actual conversion process? And what's the skin tone? It looks great. -------------------- Maggot Fetus, rapture of the conqueror worm

With the change to 20mm bases this conversion is something I'll have to forget about as it just won't rank up.
Skin: Dheneb stone (base), devlan mud (heavy wash), kommando khaki (highlight), (50/50) kommando khaki/skull white (final highlight) -------------------- |

Are you sure? If spears become an option it might be a pretty crappy option, and it might be easier to rank them up without the spear?
Would be sad not to see whole units of these. --------------------

With short bows they might rank up, but the problem is that the model leans forward over the next base. Maybe with an all ungor unit it might be possible, but for now I think I'll finish my chariot and then move on to centigors.

I say you have come this far - go ahead and complete the unit (that's what I'm going to be doing). I have doubts about going to 20mm bases (officially).

Consider that idea stolen. And to think I was in GW the other night wondering about getting some Ghouls to use a plaguebearers in my daemon army.
<-- is very much regretting getting that Empire Chapel kit instead. I am working on a Nurgle beastherd too, and they'd fit in so well. You also gave me a great idea on how to use the bear from the Tzar Boris model i've had for so long and done nothing with. I have a corpse cart I plan to use as a Nurgle chariot but have nothing to pull it. One Zombie Bear coming right up...
