Previews in the next couple of months or not, it's still good to see something in print from GW that indicates that a new BoC book is coming out in the near future.

I'm now half hoping that the skaven book doesn't end up interesting me - don't want to just start a skaven army before the new beasts book!

That's great news.
Funny though how the "We're already making the next armybook!" thing in the beast faq equalled to this.
