I think the basic herd's weapons are just fine, greatweapons and armor are for bestigors
Actauly I think bestigors need more fixing than the beastherd: +1Ws,+1A and an option for shields (even mentioned in the book) should make them more attractive to chose -------------------- For every second you annoy me I will kill you!!!

not completely unlimited.
All Bestigor Units get undivided for free and may exchange it for any other mark, as long as the general of the army is undivided When the general is marked, they may only have either his mark or undivided (I hate these new mixed up," it's ok for a Slaaneshi general with Nurgle items to lead a force of freaking Khorne warriors and one unit of Tzenntch knights", mortal armies And I really don't know why everybody wants them to be raiders, They are supposed to be our disciplined, in formation marching, elite, not just regular gors running around in armor. Besides, I like having a unit with a 3+ rank bonus in my army -------------------- For every second you annoy me I will kill you!!!

In addition to giving our herds more equipment options, I wouldn't mind seeing our characters get the appropriate toughness boost (they are to be the biggest badest thing around).
Getting the second wound back for beastmen would be great too. --------------------

Agreed on that: Beastlord should be S5 T5 Maybe we could even get a wargor with S5 (although I don't think its going to happen)
I disagree on that one Their core troops and I cant think of any infantry sized core troops having 2 wounds ( I mean yeah gors look tough but not that tough
I know, but I still hate the mere Idea of a Nurgle dude wielding the axe of Khorne while wearing the amulet of slaanesh -------------------- For every second you annoy me I will kill you!!!

I think we really need is a trademark monster, something thats unique for Beastmen (since GW is going to take away our DOs anyway) and whats more beasty than a Chimera. I know something similar has been posted before, Dagg
Chimera (rare) 100pts M7 WS4 S5 T5 A4 W4 Ld7 Terror must choose at least one of the following (up to 3) Bat: Fly 20pts Dragon: Breath attack (S3) 20pts Lion: +1WS+1A+1Ld 30pts (not sure about this one) Bull: Stubborn 15pts Snake: poisoned Attacks 10pts Fliers are also a necessary (and if only to make the hundreds of conversions out there usable again) Forest gargoyles (special or core, but not counting towards minimum) 10 pts Unit size 5+ M4 WS3 S3 T3 A2 W1 LD5 Fliers, forest fliers (like the lizardmen) Imo these would really fit our fluff and provide us with something to take down warmachines (ambush tends to be a bit unreliable) and adds a bit hitting power that isny't wielding a greatweapon. The Beastlord should be able to have a monstrous mount (a chimera would be awesome for that too) What do you think? -------------------- For every second you annoy me I will kill you!!!

Apart from the mount part. It looks good.
As a side note imagine a mutation for a beastlord which gave him a tuskigor bottom half and the beastmen top half? -------------------- |

I'd rather not, too disturbing (legs far too short)
But the idea of a Centigorupgrade for Wargors came up earlier, I think thats more fitting than a Halfmanpigbeast (no offense) Concerning the mount part, I think a Beastlord should be able to ride something Not just a chariot, that makes him slower -------------------- For every second you annoy me I will kill you!!!

Having centigor as an upgrade might be a bit against fluff as centigor are even below Ungors in rank, if the current armybook is to be believed.

They're not really art of the herd, they only cooperate with us when we go to war
I think it would make sense for them to have their own heroes The idea was to give a wargor +3M and drunk for 20 points or something like that It wouldn't be available for Beastlords -------------------- For every second you annoy me I will kill you!!!

I was thinking of adding an attack to Bestigors, just as Saurus'es has. Do you think that sounds logical?
