GENERAL RULES
The following rules apply to all of my designs. If you are found breaking ANY of these rules, you will be punished for illegal behavior.
(i) You may NOT remove or modify the original copyright [to me] from any of these designs unless you have my permission.
(ii) In converted skins, you must leave a sufficiently visible replica of the original copyright unless I give you permission otherwise. (If you were the converter, you may optionally credit yourself as the converter, but must still leave the original copyright intact.)
(iii) These designs and any conversions are not to be sold by anyone besides (a) me or (b) a supplier that I have permitted for this. Specific rules apply when selling my designs -- sellers must always follow these rules or else forfeit their right to sell them.

You must follow the above rules for any design of mine UNLESS you modify the design to a significant extent, such that no one who has seen both the unmodified and modified designs should be justifiably inclined to suspect that the modified design is indeed a modification of the unmodified design. This also requires that ALL of the images be significantly different (i.e. not just a hue change or other slight modification of some area of an image) and MOST of the color hexes be different. If you modify the design but not enough to avoid the general rules above, then you may credit yourself for these modifications, but you must leave the original copyright intact. If you are not sure whether your modifications are enough to avoid the general rules above, then be safe and follow the rules.
Note that the interface that is currently being used on cskins is exclusive to cskins and not to be used anywhere else.
These rules are subject to change and you are to follow the most recent rules at all times. Furthermore, if I grant permission for an action (such as reselling, or removing the copyright) but later retract this permission, you must abide by this retraction.
