We have this odd way of going about things now - If a certain type of layout is up, the guild will be private, and if another type is up, it will be open to the public.

This serves two purposes - I can do full-page layouts that covers the link bar if it's open for the duration that the layout is up, and it is easier for non-administrators to advertise at random times of each month.

I have decided to list the security level of the guild on the subject bar that can be visible on the message board under the guild's title. At the end of the line - next to the layout version and music title - will be either the tag { OPEN } or { PRIVATE }
