Added a 7th rule and edited the common sense rules so they fit how the forum works today instead of 6 years ago. For some reason my rules were full of typos, as Firefox was more than enthusiastic in pointing out to me. Fixed that for the better part, I did.

Basically, I said, "Hey Yo, don't join to advertise" - which was in the common sense rules, yet now seems important enough to gain a front seat.

I took out the 'don't make more than one acct' garble all over the place as people can do that freely now.

I edited out most of those typos and de-kidded some of my writing.

And I'm sure I did more. You're more than welcome to look it over if you want.
