I can do everything in this mod but i cant find the rocket launcher.

Hey! If memory serves me right you can find it on the armory located in the room behind the reception desk in the lobby. You deactivate the lasers barring entrance to the armory by picking up the keycard dropped by some enemies that come out behind the desk to attack you.
